Pros

- Extremely agile and open to new ideas - No micromanagement, high ownership of issues - No politics, really good and supportive staff members. Will go out of way to help you out - It is very easy to raise an issue about something you aren't happy about or would like to change in the company - Very high focus. The company is incredibly focused on its core product. Focus is extremely underrated - Ofcourse the fact that you can work remotely - Doesn't burn cash. Uses internal accruals to expand

Cons

Few things I did not like: - While the off topic activities are interesting, they can sometimes turn into unwanted noise. I would also take a relook at tools that are meant to help us but waste time and tweak them. Great companies are incredibly focused - Management should ask for ideas from everyone when designing something and not expect them to approach them themselves. Brainstorming roundtables could be a good idea. Sometimes feel that you aren't asked to design systems(and just implement them), when you are being paid to do so

Pros

Working for Creative Force is like a breath of fresh air.. their values are so progressive and their culture is incredible. Not only are you able to work independently with zero middle management and micro management, but you're able to work freely and remotely. Management encourages that you make the most of your remote working lifestyle- so much so that they introduced a four day work week with no changes to pay. Award Force is a market leading product, and Good Grants is on its way to becoming a leading product- as a sales person, this is clear as day. The product works seamlessly, reputable tech in the industry, and a non-stop influx of warm, inbound leads. Your day will be busy, and no day will be the same. Everyone on the team is intelligent, hard working, and supportive. There's no scary bosses and no 'hierarchy', so to speak- everyone is treated with the same respect, regardless of tenure. Most of the company has worked at Creative Force for longer than 3 years, including sales. 'High turn over' is not a phrase associated with Creative Force. Long standing salespeople indicates great culture, great clients, great pay, and a great product to sell. As a sales person, there's no high-pressure sales tactics necessary, no unachievable quota to hit, and everyone on the team is in the loop. Speaking of in the loop- this is a fully transparent company, internally and externally. The CEO, Richard, founded Award Force 10 years ago, growing the company to what it is today with no external investment. This way, there is no rush to IPO and sell, management prioritises their people, their product, and their clients over making a quick buck. What's more, everyone on the team has input to prospective decisions and the business very much operates as a team. After three months at Creative Force, the company sends you the newest MacBook Pro models and equipment to work on. You are trusted to get the work done, and your achievements and ideas are celebrated and recognised- pay increases are frequent and generous. They have nailed their internal communication, global structure and use of sales tools. As a salesperson, you're welcome to experiment and request new bits of sales software. If you're (still) reading this, and are contemplating applying for a role with Creative Force.. do it. This company truly is one in a million- you'll regret it if you don't!

Cons

Honestly.. there are little to no cons.. If you're someone that needs to visit an office occasionally, then the flexible, remote work might not be for you. The closest you will get to an office is the nearest co-working space! There is no commission structure, which is actually more of a pro than a con; no fighting over inbound leads, no bias or favouritism, total transparency. At the end of the year, everyone on the team is rewarded with a bonus. If you can only sell on the premise of a personal commission payout, then this line of sales may not be for you.

Pros

- CEO/Upper management are heads and shoulders above anywhere else I've ever worked. They are not only responsive to new ideas from all employees and customers, they consistently implement these ideas to great success. - TRUE remote work means all employees are trusted to work hard and do well. In return, there aren't any pesky micro-management tools being utilized or unnecessary meetings. We're top professionals in our niche and are trusted to do our jobs well. - The pay increases are above generous, and occur once a year. These not only keep up with inflation but vastly surpass yearly CoL and inflation rises. - The team members you work with are all intelligent, reliable, and above all, human. Should someone need to step out to run to the store or pick up their children from school, you'll always be able to do so and trust that nothing will go wrong in your absence.

Cons

- The one "con" is that employee's not in Australia (where the company is based) are not technically employees, and are essentially contractors. This is not a job security issue, but moreover a year-end tax snafu. Not necessarily a con, as you're expected to set aside your own taxes for year-end payment, but simply something to be aware of.
