      Pros

      Once hired, it is very difficult to get fired.

      Cons

      Lack of structure, barely any holidays or PTO, sick time accrues slowly, office is hazardous and dusty, management is under trained and lacks experience.

      Pros

      I'm grateful for my time at this company, I learned a great deal, and will carry the knowledge with me to the next job.

      Cons

      It's a small business, so I understand why it's not up to "corporate" standards. Nonetheless, great location, water for employees, and I enjoyed the annual holiday parties.
