This is a really happy- non cliquey group of people to work with/for. There is very much an entrepreneurial undercurrent flowing throughout the company. The organization is very transparent with their success and plans on how to grow their business. What I like best so far, is that everyone has a chance to share their experiences and opinions - they are welcomed. Office space is really nice - open concept not TOO many social events but opportunities to attend if you want to. Regular reviews happen and one on ones with management so you always know where you stand.

Cons

Parking around here is really $$ / (tip for those considering an opportunity here...You might want to get better at foosball table so you don't embarrass yourself ;)
