Unfortunately, my experience upon leaving the company has been disappointing. Despite dedicated efforts and commitment to the company's success, I encountered difficulties in receiving my provident fund, even though it constitutes a modest amount. It has now been a year since my departure, and the company has yet to fulfill this financial commitment. Additionally, I found the HR practices to be concerning, reflecting an unprofessional and exploitative approach towards employee benefits and policies. These issues have left a significant impact on my perception of the company.
