Loyal customers overshadowed by poor management decisions

Cons
The company trying to take my loyal customers away and give them to two new, less competent employees that could do nothing ( and I mean nothing) on their own. Maybe the newbies exaggerated their sales abilities, but that’s managements fault for not researching them properly. The management is so terrible, the branch that I was located at, had gone through five managers in the last nine years, but.. it’s not regional or corporates fault that they hire poor management; It’s the employees that make them feel threatened by their opinion, fresh ideas, and work ethic. One employee was verbally abusive ( but management did nothing.) Good thing I saved all of those e-mails, just in case. Other branches may be better, but I would steer clear of this one.
