- Good and freindly work environment. - Flexible management that cares about employees. - Large-scale and small-scale projects that help gain different levels of experience. - Flexible working hours. - Salary in USD.

- Salary was somewhat low compared to the job market. - Vacations aren't paid (as it's hourly basis payment).

- Great environment with friendly relationships. - There is always space for discussion with the manager. - Good place to learn. - There is always space to discuss and apply your technical ideas. - There is always space for development in terms of dealing with new technologies. - The salary is slightly below the market average. BUT always there is potential for bonus.

- Working individually more than collectively. - Working hourly with no insurance and vacations. - Screen recording is normal but it was not fine with me.
