- Ok salary (when paid...) - Interesting clientele
Cons
- toxic leadership - leadership doesn't take responsibility for their actions - extremely bad communication of crucial information - unrealistic expectations - forcing people to lie to clients - going back on promises - withholding salaries, bonuses, etc. These are not isolated incidents. All of my colleagues went through the same experience while I was there.
