FTO within reason. Okay-ish benefits. Direct coworkers are generally great.
Cons
Constant change that is fueled by lack of direction and inconsistent expectations. The company began heavily outsourcing IT and other overhead departments, with rolling layoffs every fiscal quarter. The culture no longer embodies, “Come as you are.” DC operations is horrible to work with. Pay scale has been dramatically cut over the years.
