Competitive salary, yearly vacation with other employees at a highly discounted rate, Set your own schedule Paid healthy insurance no paycheck deductions, ESOP AND EPST retirement incencentives, outdoor job in the summer, indoors in the winter, professional development opportunities
Cons
Touted as employee-owned, but certain people have better chance of making changes for the company as a whole than others, kind of selective, being based out of Kansas, sometimes HQ forgets about divisions out of the state of KS, and it shows
The culture at Crop Quest is one that you can't find at many companies. We work hard, but we are rewarded for our hard work in salary, commissions, but most importantly the perks of being an employee owner.
Cons
It's hard work, working with many different personalities of farmers, dealing with things outside of your control (weather, lack of supply, etc) but it's the challenge I enjoy.
