Not Employee-Minded (Or Employee Mindful)

Pros

Great people in department, great lower level staff

Cons

C-Suite does not seem to make decisions which are mindful of their employees, from creating freezing office temps to sudden and massive layoffs (after lying daily about how the company is thriving). Really not worth the investment of your time and energy

We appreciate your feedback. Regarding what you said about the poor communication, we have new leadership in place that is striving for more transparency; it is always a goal with executive leadership to filter communication back down to our teams. It is not always perfect, but we try hard at it and we are committed.

Pros

I am writing this review wishing I had read more reviews before accepting this job. The company woes you in with above-market paying salaries, impossible to refuse if you are looking for growth in your career. Don't be fooled.

Cons

1. Executive management team has no integrity in sales practices and their employee's careers. 2. The software is vaporware, which during demos they will position as fully AI driven, but is seriously lacking. 3. Senior management are forced to be "YES" people and they unfortunately have to turn a blind eye to failed product 4. Unethical hiring practices: Several people had their offers rescinded 1 day before their start date! These would have been people that would have handed their resignation, and I know some of them had actually moved to the St Pete and NY offices to take this job. And those that started within a few weeks of Aug were laid off as part of a mass RIF - almost 25%. The CEO then proclaims that this "tough decision" was due to COVID, which is completely false, as being one on the inside, I am witness to their frivolous spending of VC capital. In a nutshell, stay away. And if you are there, start looking to get out ASAP.

Pros

Friendships with other sales people.

Cons

FACT Dec 8, CEO misled the sales organization that he was providing "Sales Training". He did not provide sales training. He used this time over a recorded (by cell phone app)TEAMS call to push his AUTOCRATIC LEADERSHIP STYLE! He scolded the entire sales organization for its lack of effort even though the sales team produced strong results for the prior month. FACT This is the most toxic work environment. The ineffective leadership team does not care about employee morale, and no matter what you do or how much effort you put in, they treat you as if you are beneath them. FACT No structure. People are "written up" based whether or not senior leadership "likes" them. FACT Leadership only cares about how they can manipulate numbers so they look good to their PE firm. They even submit "fake" positive glassdoor reviews. FACT Dec 17th holiday party cancelled. The reason the CEO said it was cancelled was due to COVID concerns. This is another blatant lie. Employees did not want to attend the company party because it was scheduled on a Friday night. Employee spouses and partners were not invited.
