      Pros

      Small, entrepreneurial company. Great workplace and amazing co-workers. Also, great to be in Berlin - the startup capital of Europe.

      Cons

      Cons are the Pros if you don't like working for a small start-up. This comes with insecurity of your job, job-title and future work-assignments.
