      Pros

      No actual "pros" at all in this place. But the floor people are nice to stay with.

      Cons

      Be ready to enjoy micromanagement from managers and owners. Very noisy working environment. Full of the smell of plastics. The pay is relatively low compared to other industries.

      Encourages work life balance and team approach.

      Cons

      Workload is not understood by management. Delivery of accurate information to top customers is not valued. B2B environment is not respected. Account management is based on emergency reactions to loss of account not on real customer satisfaction or delivery agreement of contracts.
