Pros

Remote, work at home job.

Cons

The business is getting slower and slower because of the way that the clients are treated, yet you're still expected to make the same numbers as when it used to be busy.

Pros

Work from home. The tiny check clears the bank.

Cons

low pay. Uncontrollable commission structure. New shift bid every quarter. Outdated software. Agents steal your bookings. Low call volume. Not paid commission until after they sail and that's if you qualify which is out of your control.

Pros

Travel Benefits and talking with agents daily.

Cons

Hours rotated every quarter, terrible hours to have any kind of social life. I was put out on medical leave by my doctor which was deemed unacceptable by upper management.
