      Pros

      Flexible work schedule, opens doors to medical community, office based in your house. Car allowance,company credit card, base salary, little supervision, can build rapport with physcians

      Cons

      No management, no direction, no incentive packages, no ranking reports, quotas change and are at the discretion of owners. No supervisors, only owners who have no experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales. HR is very slow. Car allowance is low based on size of territory and does not cover auto maintenance.

      Downward spiral of mismanagement

      Pros

      They paid me pretty good right out of school... But I was one of the last that this was true for.

      Cons

      They hire a lot when it gets busy (which I hear is not very often anymore), then they lay everyone off when it gets slow. Don't expect raises, bonuses or promotions anymore either.

      Pros

      The atmosphere is laid back. The industry is high tech and the company was the first in the business.

      Cons

      Current senior managers are bankers. They own stock but have no industry experience or experience managing a business. They actually live out of town. They do things on a whim. Good people come in, look around and leave after a short period of time 1-2 years. Focus changes daily. No communication to employees about the business. From what I hear, they don't even have management meetings so the department heads are in the dark.
