Pros
As a welder this place is very laid back, even when it’s busy. They expect the best out of you and they treat you accordingly. The management and owners are very nice people. Full benefits, a couple of company parties every year, small handouts here and there like gift cards and stuff. Always a fridge full of drinks and a cabinet full of snacks. Catered lunch every Friday. It’s a very comfortable place to work, I can say I enjoy my job.
Cons
It’s a growing company, and one could say that in 2017 at least it grew just a tad too fast and the growing pains came with that. Some people don’t have set job descriptions and if they technically do then they’re kind of vague. They beat around the bush when it comes to pay/raises. That’s probably my only complaint is that the pay is kind of low for the kind of work it is.
