I do not recommend working at this company. Despite completing my probation, my confirmation was delayed without proper explanation — I was told to undergo more "training," even though there is no clear KPI system in place.
Public holidays are kept to a minimum, and pointless meetings are sometimes held on Saturdays, wasting everyone’s time. While the colleagues are kind and hardworking, the management is difficult to work with and lacks empathy. Whenever concerns are raised, they are either ignored or dismissed without any effort to understand or improve the situation.
The leadership is extremely money-minded to the point that employee welfare is neglected. There’s also a noticeable bias in treatment, and some employees seem to stay only because of special benefits.
If you value fair leadership, employee support, and a healthy work environment, this company is not the place for you.
