      Pros

      Nice office, free breakfast and some cool clients if you get the chance to work on them.

      Cons

      Since Cubaka became part of Next15 the entire business has shifted to be completely revenue-led. The culture used to be great, good vibes and everyone enjoyed their work. Now the atmosphere is consistently tense and uncomfortable and the culture has dropped off a cliff. Almost everyone is unhappy in their role and nothings being done to change it, lots of us have left and they just hire in and replace instead of figuring out the root cause.

      Pros

      Great place to work with a really friendly and talented team. Lots of responsibility and opportunities to learn and develop skills across a range of client accounts. I was personally provided with many career growth opportunities which were much appreciated, allowing me to experience a range of roles within the agency.
