Pros

I worked with cubeware since it started it's operations in India back in 2016 it gave me a platform to explore new opportunities in terms of technology and roles. -I feel bad when i see these such negative comments about cubeware ,this can be one's personal view but should not be generalized. -In my tenure in cubeware i never found the management nor the HR has ever forced someone to write positive reviews about cubeware in social media. - Compensations are better compare to market standards. - Flexible working hours. - Wonderful work culture where every individual are encouraged to put forward ideas and suggestions. - Management do listen to employee concerns from time to time. - Friendly office atmosphere. - If you are passionate about technology i think this is the right place to lean and and grow as a individual.

Cons

To establish a brand it takes decade, cubeware India operations has completed only 2 years. in India. Every startup has up's and downs and cubeware is no exceptions to scale up a legacy product in a entirely new market has lot of challenges and cubeware management is trying hard to overcome those huddles and establish a brand globally.

Pros

Salary on time. Nothing else to mention.

Cons

I have been working in Cubeware since the day it started in India. The management is very bad now. There is no much positive opportunities. - All valuable employees left the company coz of treating them bad. - Management is very fluctuating. 3 CEO's changed in past 3 years. - They don't even bother to respond for employee's problems. - The yearly appraisal is around 5%. Irrespective of your performance. They will blame you for all stupid mgmt decisions. - No WFH for employees. They say it is there, but HR doesn't approve for any employee. You will for sure face probs when u get in. - Fixed work timing makes life hard. If you are late and try compensate with working long hours too, you get LOP. - You will only focus on completing office hours but not on task. - HR will not even respond to resignation email. Which is very important to join in your next company.(They say they don't trust employees) - There is no management person to escalate any prob. They don't respond to your emails. - HR takes all impulsive decisions as there is no one to question. - Not much employee friendly policies. - HR doesn't even give letter for your documentation changes. - Mgmt made employees to give positive reviews on social media. Some are not even liked anyway with this company. Don't be fooled !! Beware !!! - Sadly "Jeetu" is not the CEO. This was not even notified to employees.
