-hypocritical - not transparent about their policies and management decisions
-career development and paths are not well defined
-extreme dysfunction that starts at the top
-good people leave, and they blame them for all that went wrong--and yet, the same problems exists for years
-the loudest voices are heard not necessarily the important ones
-incompetent managers who you can not learn from
-no benefits/bonuses
-countless of people have left during the last 6 months
-little to no training
-little recognition of efforts and initiatives
-very low salary
