Pros

Great location and good client base.

Cons

Leadership is micromanaging and stifling of creative process. Old-fashioned management processes and culture. Very little room to grow. Salary is below market value.

Pros

Location Nice coworkers Decent coffee Free parking in Eastown

Cons

I should have known it was a red flag when management ASKED me to post a review only a couple of months into working here. The honeymoon is over quickly at this organization! The average lifespan of a hire here is only one year, mostly due to the micromanaging tendencies of the management. If you enjoy having your emails and your timesheets critiqued line-by-line, this is the place for you. If not, consider a position elsewhere.

Toxic Culture, Bad Management, Cool Clients

Pros

Beer, coworkers are great, no clients that are nightmares.

Cons

Culture is aggressive, accusatory, and micromanaging is constant. Feedback to improve management is ignored and frowned upon, and great talent leaves consistently so don't get attached to your coworkers.
