- Friendly team with lots of knowledge who want to help you learn new skills - You will get to work closely with supervisors and leads, hierarchy is respected but you have opportunity to explore tasks outside of your role - Amazing location, close to Byron Bay. Lifestyle is valued and it's a good one! - You can bring your dog to work! - Concentrated on being an environmentally friendly work place
Cons
- The only con I would say at the moment is that the business is growing and it is still finding its feet in some regards, but this will be resolved once a flow is established

I thoroughly enjoyed my time working at Cumulus VFX. The work culture was great, everyone was super welcoming. There was always fun things going on. Management always encouraged me to thrive in my role and showed me that there was room for growth within the company.
Cons
The only con was that it was far away from where I grew up which is why I left, to be closer to family. But, it’s in the beautiful northern rivers so can’t complain about that!
