Hybrid schedule, monthly bonuses, everyone hates it just as much
Cons
Constant turn over, language barriers, employees are set up to fail, owners are ruthless, low pay, office is a small loft and is extremely painfully quiet, no one talks except for when people are yelling, everyone wears headphones the entire day and there’s no sense of community or warmth. The only sense of community comes from the fact that everyone is equally miserable
