      Healthcare as a mission. Innovative mindset.

      Cons

      Toxic culture due to management that is not honest with the team and is more concerned with boosting their own careers. Specifically, the ML team lives in fear of their bipolar leadership that goes unchecked.

      The work and mission is fulfilling. The culture is endearing as long as you don't dig too deep.

      Cons

      Many of those in leadership positions are immature, shameless or just have to be right about everything. They overrule and have chased away good talent. It's a nearly 10 year old startup. Those present from beginning are the authority of everything to the companies detriment.
