      - casual, laid back environment - friendly, young, engaging co-workers - work hard, play hard mentality - downtown office location (pre-COVID) - encourage dialogue, input and outside perspective - inclusive, diverse workforce - interesting product in an emerging market

      Cons

      - pay/benefits are slightly subpar - very siloed communication for such a small company - fragmented offices (Phila, NYC, Seattle, London) that can make communication challenging. does not utilize collaboration tools to fullest extent. - focused solely on acquisition, career growth and upward opportunity is undefined at best (pre-BV acquisition) - sometimes felt like being a cool and trendy start-up was a bigger priority than being the best company they could be - encourage dialogue and input but not readily willing to embrace suggestions or criticism
