Pros

Just A few good teammates.

Cons

This is by far the worst employer I have ever worked for. The operations manager is petty and problematic, leaving you at her mercy. After I resigned, I didn’t receive my pay on payday. The operations manager claimed I had already been paid but couldn’t provide proof. They might dismiss this as a disgruntled employee's complaint, but who wouldn’t be upset about being denied their hard-earned paycheck? Other former employees were denied Unemployment based on their lies. Stay away from this company.

Pros

Due to expanding all over lots of opportunities to find employment.

Cons

One of the most disorganized companies I've ever worked for. What they would say in regards to time off would change weekly. Rules changed often, you could never keep up with what they said since it always changed. Each employee from headquarters would contradict another within headquarters. They had no bonus or yearly review structure so asking for an increase in pay was useless. Even when they would have partner parties multiple times a year, big parties, they would say there's no money for increases. They didn't value work life balance and if you wanted health insurance it would cost you a full paycheck. When you set boundaries and stand your ground you get fired over voice-mail. No HR involved, no exit interview and no severance or any pay out. Horrible company to work for.

Pros

Monthly lunches is the only pro

Cons

This “startup company” was not a good experience at all. They hide behind the “startup” label to offer you the lowest wages and benefits to rank and file employees. I’ll break it down below. PTO: it’s average, 2 weeks a year, you acquire a portion each pay period. It’s nothing special, it shouldn’t be listed as a positive benefit if it is the bare minimum. You are not paid for office closures, ice days, even if the electricity went out, you are sent home without pay or forced to use PTO and no option to work from home. Benefits: for a healthcare company, it’s disappointing. The cheapest health plan (which is $100.00 a paycheck) is a HIGH deductible plan where nothing is covered until you hit it. Dental and vision you pay into. Paid days off: 6, you don’t get the day after Thanksgiving off, Christmas Eve or any additional time around the holidays. But the executives will be working from home while you’re at the office! Remote work: not offered to rank and file workers. In fact you will see all of the executive be able to exercise that option and they have multiple remote managers, but don’t think you can ever have that option. Lunches/Events: all rank and file employees will clock out for those and are unpaid. Most companies pay you for holiday events that you are expected to attend. Not this company. I hope you enjoy executives taking long lunches to take advantage of the fact they are salaried, and you are not. Partnership: this is the worst of it all. In lieu of any pay raises, they offer you “shares” which you need to stay there for a year after being offered to receive 1/3rd of any shares and an additional 3 years to receive the full amount with a stock option. It feels and is a bait and switch. The management team has no medical experience and has a rudimentary overall understanding of how to run a clinical organization. If you like disorganization and no investment in you, this is the right place! This place has a high turnover rate and the other bland positive reviews are just executives trying to hide the fact it isn’t a great company, please don’t fall for it. They love accolades and to tout how successful the company is. But if it’s so successful, why is the pay and benefits so stingy
