      Pros

      They have a great culture and everyone is willing to help one another

      Cons

      It is extremely hard to move up in the ladder. After giving 150% and joining multiple teams at the same time, have to fight super hard to be able get any sense of promotion or raise

      Pros

      The atmosphere among colleagues is very good, the work is productive and there is good flexibility in hours.

      Cons

      They cut staff very often, you constantly feel the pressure that you will be fired for any mistake, and if you have a problem with a boss you are fired even when any situation can be clarified or resolved.
