Since your time with us, I've been personally focused on two things: strengthening our management training and standardizing expectations across all stores, and creating more cross-training opportunities so team members can rotate through different responsibilities and develop new skills. We didn't get this right. When team members don't know what's expected of them, we've haven't performed as expected. I'm personally focused on addressing this directly. We're implementing more structured onboarding, clearer role documentation, and regular check-ins between managers and team members to ensure everyone knows what success looks like in their position.
