Pros
The people at the bottom tier of the company are hardworking, easy to talk to, and talented individuals. Pays 90% of health insurance premiums (Aetna). Some of the managers are wonderful.
Cons
No real go-to-market plan or revenue strategy. They throw everything at the wall and "see what sticks," which hasn't scaled well. They switch strategies every 3 months, often for the worse. Uncertain financial future. Layoffs frequent. You probably won't get laid off if you work at the Ventura office because remote workers are treated as second-class. Leadership turns a blind eye to any issues and wants only "positivity." The CEO doesn't have any business experience prior to founding this startup and it shows. Stressful work, customers and drivers can be very angry when things go wrong. Tied to the phone all day, even though Customer Success isn't typically a "service" role. Constant Slack requests from every level of leadership. Holidays off, kinda... You have to schedule around another person's schedule and the company is too disorganized to make a schedule. When they're in a pinch, they'll make you travel way more than what's in the contract. Pay is under market value. OTE is tied to impossible, constantly moving targets.
