Pros
Was a good company to work for 10+ years ago. Treated everyone fairly and were willing to work with you as long as you were willing to work with them. When it was a small company you really felt like you were contributing to the success of the company and they cared for and about you.
Cons
When they brought in a new CEO he tried to grow the company faster than they were ready for. Tried to make it a Microsoft wannabe. Unless you were related to the owner or a close friend of the family he only thought of you as manpower and couldn't care less about you personally. When the company started having financial problems they laid people off that had 9, 10, and even over 20 years of loyal service with the company and brought in family members that were barely out of college.

Poor training, currently was an accounting clerk at CDP. Was let go because of errors on invoices.
