      Pay is great, co-workers are awesome, atmosphere is incredible.

      Cons

      Hard to learn solar, long hours some days, takes awhile to get your installs and the big pay checks. However if you can learn the material and you have some hustle you will love working here.

      This is a great company to work for when first getting into sales and a great company to grow with. You have plenty of freedom to do your work on your own and the more work and time you put in the more results you will see.

      Cons

      This job might not be good for people who just want to clock in and clock out. It requires a lot of self-motivation.
