Pros

1. Great ambience and working environment 2. Work from home, Work from anywhere. No questions asked. 3. Very professional client, best in the industry and global exposure. 4. Relaxed deliverables, great work life balance. 5. Lot of free time to learn or do a degree 6. Great company for married women, esp. those with kids or on the family way. 7. Great job security as long as you are in the good books of client

Cons

1. Family run company with so much discrimination amongst employees. Growth is limited to certain people alone irrespective of your performance levels. 2. Short sighted management that neither recognises smart people nor allows them to grow beyond some point. You may have to act dumb to sustain with their ecosystem. 3. Worst onsite policies that makes employees suffer at customer locations without basic needs. 4. A flat 5% hike for everyone every year. You perform all 24 hrs, its all the same. Expect very slow growth in this company!!! 5. No vision, mission, values or goals. No transparency either. 6. No processes, standards or HR practices. Their policies are for name sake 7. Managers dont have any vision or understanding of the team. Its all the client that facilitates everything.

flexible timing Less work pressure No saturday or weekend work schedules Work from Home option

Cons

Poor appraisal with low hike Senior Management even CEO involves in project management and not in sales or business development . No promotion policy .You can find people as software engineers when they join and after 10 years also same role only salary increases no desination change is provided Depends on few core clients and no strong sales/bd team

1.The company have an excellent goal and leading the performance in the right way. 2.The company is open to innovation and readily adopts the latest technology. 3. They have long term clients and maintain a good relationship so the project expectations and work are standardized. 4. In this pandemic situation the company gave given full freedom and full security to all employee to work from home as well as no pay cut or salary deduction. 5. They provide a good working environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the managements are transparent.
