They only have rules, not aware of rights

Pros

- workload was manageable -nice colleagues. -lunch on-site for those who opt in, and clean office.

Cons

- poor salaries(lower than market average) . - absolutely no adherence to maternity benefit act. As usual, men in charge penalize women for being pregnant, and do not even implement the act. two women employees have been unceremoniously removed and one has been ghosted when asking for her paid leave as a full-time mother. -No health insurance or perks such as travel reimbursement.Salary is the only perk.
