Pros
The company has all the stuff it needs – resources, people, you name it – to pull off some really awesome things. And they're always encouraging us to come up with cool ideas and make them happen. So, it's a pretty cool place to be as a marketer because you have the freedom to grab those opportunities and make things rock!
Cons
With the company being this big, there's a bunch of logistics and old-school processes in play. It can get tricky to find your way around and take care of things efficiently. So, there's a learning curve to figure out how to get stuff done. But honestly, we don't always nail it when it comes to being as slick and effective as we want. And that's a major bummer because it leads to a lot of frustration and wasting time and resources instead of really making a dent.
