Pros

The only good think that I can think of is that because everyone is doing everything you will get exposure to a lot of stuff as it happens with every small agency.

Cons

The management is very arrogant, they demand that you work weekends, there is a family culture that makes all the politics be personal. Very stressful environment you dont want to be there! They have the idea that they are the best agency where as in reality they are a small company with 20 people and few clients. Village mentality

Pros

Some really nice people who work really hard. Free Friday lunches.

Cons

People managers are young and need to be properly upskilled on how to manage others. Even as a full time staff, you are required to clock in for every task and break you take which is unrealistic; people sometimes just make up times to fill in gaps at the end of the week. The office is also quite a cliquey place which can sometimes feel unwelcoming.

Pros

Lovely people work here and you are rewarded for hard work.

Cons

Could not see any room for growth long-term as managers have been in their positions for years and aren't going anywhere anytime soon, poor management, most Managers are not qualified and promoted too young, confusing leadership, CEO micro manages employees, Managers and Directors of departments do everything the CEO says (even if it's not the right move) with little push back, employees are afraid to counter his decisions as they would be dismissed and he's highly sensitive, high turnover, transparent misyogynism, hold more inclusive social events to bring up the morale of employees, the company takes on too much work that isn't plausible with their resource so people are overworked, creatives and other teams spend a long time creating brilliant work and then it has be done all over again according to the CEO's preference last minute, he tries to do everyone's job, people are hired quickly but leave quickly too, and your voice will not be heard.
