Nice company to work for, unless you're in marketing...

Pros

Great health benefits Fun employee lunches and company gatherings

Cons

Promise things that were never delivered i.e. promotions, raises, educational advancements/training etc. One person taking credit for "team" efforts Terrible communication between managers - it's become a power struggle and competition, instead of raising each other up. Harassing employees, driving a wedge in productivity Low moral - employees dread coming to work/interacting with management "Constructive" criticism is delivered in a demeaning and threatening manner

Pros

Work/life balance alongside suburban location, no parking issues, and limited traffic challenges. Not a pressure cooker... but it comes at an unusual cost.

Cons

Entrenched management, inexperienced leadership, limited business planning. Basically, a management-heavy sales office with absent/ill-informed international investors and a variety of titles ranging from design to marketing, but no measurable results outside of channel sales. Key business planning is protecting the status quo, waiting for retirement, and creating distractions to assure that it will always be the "other guy" that is under the microscope.

Pros

Modest hours and a stable, slow company

Cons

Entrenched "self-serving" management, lack of strategy and planning, limited advancement, reactive and not proactive.
