Rampant Swedish racism

Pros

Salary (if you negotiate well) A few expensive dinners

Cons

1. Racist Swedish colleagues & managers. If you are not a Swede or are dark skinned, you are treated as nothing. 2. Swedish colleagues were found to be low-skilled and of lower intellect. Most of the actual work seemed to be out-sourced. 3. If you are a non-Swede, you are made to work like a mule, while Swedes work strictly 8 hrs a day. 4. They will put you in any project possible to make money. Who cares about your career? 5. No long term vision 6. Managers only care about their salary and promotions

Pros

It's a nice place to go for doing nothing except gibbering some buzzwords you don't know the meaning.

Cons

If you want to do something and learn stuff and if you want employment security I don't recommend Cybercom. You may get laid off with no specified reasons. They make lots of accounting and HR mistakes that may affect your situation even in the future after you leave Cybercom.

Pros

Some nice colleagues but bad managers

Cons

They are not an honest company. The sales management of them has a lot of problems and they do not know what should do. They are a consultant company but do not know how to find an assignment. If they could not find an assignment for people in the probationary period, they fire people in a very impolite and inhumanity way, indeed they play with the future of the people easily without care about the people. They hire me and some other people from abroad, fire us as easy as possible.
