This isn't my first work place but it is starting to become my favorite. Here is why: 1. Vibes at the office are very friendly. 2. The global teams work well together, creating a success oriented culture. 3. The company is growing fast and quickly adapting to new challenges. There is a good understanding on how employees make mistakes in "growth" start ups, which enables a higher level of confidence among employees. 4. One of the best things about working here is that you can see first hand how a company is becoming a market leader with everyone joining hands to improve processes so that the company can gain more market share and retain customers. It feels good to know you provide a good solution customers really like. 5. Management is very open to feedback and to hearing from the employees on how to make things work smoother. 6. There is a mix of experienced and mid-level employees with a strong "helping others to grow" mindset. 7. Many of the employees are parents and management enables a good work-life balance so people can spend time with their kids while developing their career.
