- Exceptionally poor senior management - Not a single leader on the leadership team with the ability to inspire and motivate - Labour turnover shockingly high, a lot of skilled individuals join but leave or are fired shortly after - Very strange and unusual company structure makes it difficult to actually understand who does what, incredibly hard to make a decision due to the complex structure and multiple stakeholders - Bayreuth is not a good place to live and work if you are young and single - two CEO's and at least 6 SVP's, never known a company its so many senior managers - The overall CEO micro manages and often changes his mind dismissing projects that people have spent a lot of time and effort working on on a whim, he does not seem to have a clear strategy or a desire to learn any of the details of a project - Toxic atmosphere and overly political

- senior management lacking the basic experience and skill (esp. in Marketing, Customer care and Logistics) - absolute chaos in project management and delivery - zero communication from the top down - tense work atmosphere - management doesn't trust the employees - every other layman is a VP or even a SVP :) - the only valid KPI for anything is whether Martin P. (Global CEO) likes it at the end or not - whenever an experienced person with an opinion is hired, you can bet on him/her being fired within a few months - employee turnover on some key positions shockingly high
