Great work environment but slow management decisions

Pros
Generally one of the best places to work in Japan as a Software Engineer. Full remote, flexible working time, ok/good pay, great benefits for employees (e.g. maternity leave). People are always very nice and professional and are tolerant. Would definitely work there again!
Cons
Management and development seems indecisive and slow in making important decisions. It could take months or even years for the management to realize that they are going into the wrong direction. The salary system is also questionable making good performers having the same of even worse pay than bad performers which kills the incentive to perform better.
