Excellent management to staff communication, prompt responses to any questions. Always an oncall person available to speak to. Great pay and lots of hours to pick up. Ability to make our own schedule.

I have worked as a Certified Nurse Aide for 16 years. I was approaching burn out so I decided to try agency. Never tried it before. I have worked with CynaMed for over a year now and they are awesome. I have talked to other aides who worked for a different agency and I have found that CynaMed is the better Agency. The staff at the facilities I worked at for CynaMed have told me that they like CynaMed because they have better staff. I have had nothing but a positive experience with CynaMed.
