Pros

I have been working with Cyntexa for the past 2.5 years, and it has been a great place for both learning and professional growth. During my journey, I've had the opportunity to work on multiple Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Loyalty Cloud, and CPQ, which has helped me broaden my technical expertise. The company also encourages continuous learning through certifications, and I was able to earn the Salesforce Agent Specialist certification while working here. One of the things I appreciate most is the positive work culture. The team is supportive, management is approachable, and there are regular knowledge-sharing sessions, team outings, festival celebrations, and company events that make the workplace engaging. Employees are trusted with responsibilities and given opportunities to learn and grow. Cyntexa also offers a healthy work-life balance, along with work-from-home flexibility whenever project requirements permit. Employee efforts are recognized through performance-based appraisals, annual salary revisions, bonuses, and competitive compensation, which makes you feel valued and motivated. Overall, my experience has been very positive. If you're looking for a company that invests in employee growth, encourages continuous learning, offers good work-life balance, and provides exposure to challenging Salesforce projects, Cyntexa is a great place to build your career.

Cons

The only challenge is that there is always something new to learn, which can feel demanding at times. However, if you're passionate about continuous learning and career growth, you'll appreciate the opportunities and exposure the company provides.

Pros

After spending two years here, one thing that stands out is how much I've grown professionally. Looking back, the responsibilities I handle today are completely different from what I started with, and that progress didn't happen by chance, it came from consistently being trusted with challenging projects and opportunities to learn. The best part of the experience has been the culture of ownership. You're encouraged to think beyond your assigned tasks, contribute ideas, and solve problems instead of simply following instructions. That level of trust makes the work more meaningful and keeps every project interesting. I've also had the opportunity to collaborate with talented teammates who are genuinely willing to share their knowledge. Whether it's technical discussions, brainstorming sessions, or tackling complex client requirements, there's always something new to learn. The exposure to diverse projects has helped me build skills that extend beyond my core role, making every year feel like a significant step forward in my career. Another aspect I appreciate is that efforts don't go unnoticed. Good work is acknowledged, managers are approachable, and there are regular opportunities to take on greater responsibilities. If you're someone who enjoys continuous learning, takes initiative, and wants to build practical, real-world experience rather than staying in a comfort zone, this is an environment where you can develop quickly.

Pros

I've been with Cyntexa for the past three years as a Senior Salesforce Developer, and it's been an incredibly rewarding experience. One of the things I value most is the opportunity to work on diverse Salesforce implementations across different industries. Every project brings new business challenges, whether it's building custom solutions with Apex & LWC, designing scalable architectures, implementing integrations or working with different Salesforce Clouds. Here everyone is encouraged to take ownership instead of just completing assigned tasks. I've had the chance to contribute to solution design, client discussions, technical decision-making and mentoring team members, which has helped me grow beyond just writing code. The work culture is another major strength. The flexibility to work from home and manage your schedule creates a healthy work-life balance while still maintaining a strong focus on delivering quality solutions. The environment is collaborative, and teammates are always willing to help, making it easy to learn from each other and continuously improve. What truly sets Cyntexa apart is its performance-driven culture. Recognition and appraisals are based on your impact, ownership, and contributions rather than being tied to fixed salary bands. Looking back over the last three years, I can confidently say I've grown not only as a Salesforce developer but also as a solution-oriented professional.

Cons

So far, my journey has been going well. Didn't find any cons
