      Pros

      ZTNA as a topic was catchy enough to drive some intro meetings.

      Cons

      No market adoption. No sales rep was even close to hitting the arbitrary quota. No urgency around the solution so it was impossible to drive prioritization. No accountability from leadership. Lack of success was blamed on reps.

      The most innovative company I know

      Pros

      I've been working in this company for more than a year now and I have never been so satisfied when coming back home after a workday. I'm getting to work on genuine technologies with smart people and my brain is working harder than my hands. In terms of culture - people are great. We got dogs in the office, people are hanging out together after hours.

      Cons

      I think that the worse is that we're still very small and can't really enjoy the benefits of a large company where you can hire an office music manager or a dog walker in full-time

      Amazing company with a huge potential

      Pros

      With great technology in a 'hot' market, Cyolo has the potential to be the next big thing. The work is challenging (in a good way), varied, and interesting. Days go by in a flash and I'm constantly learning and expanding my skillset. The management genuinely cares about the company culture and the environment is extremely positive. People seem happy to come into the office and the atmosphere is collaborative and supportive.

      Cons

      Typical startup 'growing pains' as the company tries to get all the resources in place to scale fast.
