Interesting work but management prioritizes profit over support

Was interesting work, got lots of experience as a research consultant in HEOR and had independence to foster client relationships.
Cons
Management changed, and they were more interested in making money than fostering the team. The team was overworked and projects didn't have enough support, meaning that clients were unhappy, putting the team in an awkward position. We were encouraged to put out more and more proposals, but there wasn't enough support to do the projects we won. Pressure was also on to get projects done as quickly as possible, meaning that some scientific integrity was lost.
