Pros

Get to work with many huge semiconductor fabrication plants in the world that offer excellent exposure and opportunities. The management is very supportive and encouraging for the personal development. No micromanangement and I was given the space to operate freely and trusted by the company. Decent salary and huge allocation of milestones bonuses allocated for every delivered projects.

Cons

Be prepared to work overtime due to customers from different culture and time zones, however, this is kind of common practice in most IT fields. Sometimes the project deadline can be very tight.

Pros

Flexibility - the company give a lot of freedom for you to manage your tasks as long as deliver on time. And there is tolerance for delays if there is reasonable explanation. Empowerment - you are able to make decision or give suggestion on your own. In the discussion, they (colleagues/manager) will guide you instead of controlling you. Interesting work - Able to see bigger picture when doing job. E.g. understand the reasons behind the features, contribution idea when designing a new features. Salary - the pay is good and meet my expectations. Friendly and supportive colleagues - people there is very supportive!

Cons

Documentation - the documentation is not very organize now. Some time need to find the right person to get answers. Too tolerant to clients request - sometimes, even not reasonable requests need to be fulfilled. But this is understandable as this is a third party company to get project contract.

Pros

Good colleagues, Good pantry, nothing else worth mentioning

Cons

- Poor communication and management style in my opinion - Lack of proper documentation - In my experience, communication in the workplace could often feel tense, with raised voices being more common than I expected, which some might view as unprofessional and unpleasant - Team morale can be affected by communication styles that some employees may find demotivating, frustrating and sometimes even leaving them feeling undervalued and unheard - Low employee benefits compared to market - okay pay, no WFH - Not working with modern/popular tech stack and focuses more on domain knowledge hence I think not much opportunities to grow technical knowledge

Dear Reviewer, We would like to address a few points in your review. • We work in a deep tech specialised industry and gaining domain knowledge is an important part of the employee growth. Application of the same domain knowledge in combination with technology is what a deep tech company is all about. • Employee retention is a key aspect of our processes. This can be seen from the large percentage of employees with more than 5 years of service in the company as part of the team. Our attrition rate is less than 10% and we pride in keeping well networked with our “alumni” community. • We understand your experience with the organisation wasn’t ideal. Thank you for your feedback.
