The culture here is unlike any company I’ve ever worked at. Everybody is constantly celebrating each others’ successes and it’s overall a great team experience! I truly get along well with everybody I work with, and always feel comfortable here. The training is also really well-done and you feel very prepared once you’re finished. Management is supportive and keeps things light with contests, outings, etc. There is plenty of room for growth, and if you put in the work, you are absolutely rewarded! You also learn a lot about digital marketing and industry trends, which is a huge plus.
