Pros
I have worked in the advertising industry for many years, and this is the first agency that I have been part of that shows genuine care for their employees. People are friendly, smart and there are plenty of areas for career growth within the org. Continued learning is the ethos of the company. In addition: - Good work life balance - Good comp and benefits - Continued education is encouraged and paid for - New office is really nice and in a great location - Hybrid remote / office

- Managers should always promote an intentional mindset when it comes to booking peoples time (aka less meetings, more productivity).
