A great organization with room for advancement and support from management. If you enjoy building relationships with clients and working to support their business needs, this is a role you'll love. I thoroughly enjoy chatting with my clients and have learned a lot during my time here. You will get out as much as you put in. Realistically, management can't make everyone happy, that's life. But, if you work hard, are passionate about the job, and have a positive outlook, you will advance. Despite working long hours during the busy season, benefits are good and leadership works to ensure that you have a nice work-life balance. If you go into the office daily, there are opportunities to interact and have fun with your colleagues (happy hours, group activities etc.).
Cons
As with any job, there can be some overtime work. But if you truly care about your job and want to improve, that extra time is well worth the investment and management does show appreciation for it.
