Their model is to hire seniors or experienced candidates. Ask them to make an SOP, document everything. Then hire freshers, ask you to train them. Once it's done they will increase your goals and eventually throw you out. Very inhuman and toxic work culture.

Frequent change in leads and managers of every department and along with each manager comes a new process change.
No process in place for promoting that's managements decision no explanations given.
No growth options you will end up doing the same job for the rest of your time in the company.
Worst company for experienced professionals a guy who has no previous managerial experience or people skills will be made the lead and you cannot complain.
Inspite of working for over 3 years I was given a Strike (Employee improvement plan) within 2 months of lead change just because my new lead saw me as competition and wanted to get me off his team. Heavy politics and good humanitarian managers leave due to such toxic work environment.
