Pros

1st shift hours are good. Lot's of places to eat for lunch at a close distance. Adequate employee parking.

Cons

USA/Americas location in GA is run poorly. High turnover rate even among management and executive management. Very small clique in this company where they all go out drinking regularly and cover for one another. Glass ceiling, very very little room for advancement. Seems as though they just want a bunch of worker bee's who will revolve their lives around a company that won't look out for them at all.
