DFASS offered me great salary! I was lucky to work with a kind and nice manager too.

Cons

I resigned from a company which I had worked for 13 years to joined DFASS due to the high pay package I was offered but only last for 6 months! I was not even given a 24hrs noticed to be informed that they decided to close down my department and my position was eliminated with IMMEDIATE effect!!

Only some colleagues are truly kind and friendly. But they all also left the company

Cons

Staff left no immediate replacement; a person needs to fully cover that ex-colleague. Can take up to 6 months to get a replacement. Get 1 person pay do 2 person's job.
